ADVERTISING IMPACT
Advertisements in the event program let our attendees know who supports their community. You will find very loyal customers and expand your customer base by advertising in our program book.
Feedback from past events has revealed that our attendees take the programs home and reference them all year long when deciding what business to patronize.
Our guests passionately support their charities, and have significant disposable income. They are wonderful loyal customers with the following demographics:
- 65% have double the median household
income of Springfield - 95% prefer to shop with businesses or brands supporting LGBT+ communities
- 76% of attendees make purchasing decisions with their Black Tie programs through the year.
- 70% own their own home
- 60% dine out more than 4 times per week

TERMS OF CONTRACT
- Advertiser is committing to payment at the time of registration
- Ad Creation is the responsibility of the sponsor/advertiser – ALL ADS WILL PRINT BLACK & WHITE
- Build Art to the proper size – see sizing below.
- Accepted File formats – PDF (Preferred), JPEG, TIFF or PNG
- Send artwork to [email protected] include “Advertiser’s Name” in the subject line
- Ad artwork due by October 15th.
