The Oasis Convention Center has been a wonderful location for our event over the past few years.

The event will begin at 6PM and end at midnight. We will have all fabulous fun you have come to expect from our event.

SILENT AUCTION
ON CLICKBID

ClickBid is a new system for Springfield Black Tie, but after much review and deliberation, we will be introducing this to you. It is a web-browser based interface that any phone or tablet can connect with. No need for an app, just a web-browser. Instructions on how to use this system will be detailed over the next few months.

Our plan is to open up the Silent Auction the week of the banquet. You’ll be able to bid all week long, culminating at midnight of the banquet.

If you prefer, you will be able to leave with items you’ve won that night. For online bidders not at the event, pick will be the following Sunday from 12PM to 2PM



LIVE AUCTION

As we have done the past several years, we will be conducting a live auction for 4 amazing high-level donations. In the past this has been spectacular vacation packages, stunning pieces of jewlery and one-of-a-kind dining experience. Stay tuned for future announcements.

PASS-THE-HAT
DONATIONS

During the banquet for all the year past, we’ve always done a “pass the hat” moment for cash donations people wish to make. This allows people to donate that might not win Silent Auction items but still want to contribute.

Will have a fund-raising tally showing online and in-person the amounts donated, also conducted through ClickBid.

DINE. DRINK. DANCE.

As always with Springfield Black Tie, you’ll get a delicious plated dinner. Drinks from the free beer & wine table as well as cocktails from the cash bars. Then close out the night by dancing away until midnight!
