We are so thankful for all our local companies, individuals and even some national companies for advertising in our event program book. We highlight our Signature Advertisers who have placed full page ads, and lower on this page you can see our advertising rates, dimensions and more.

ADVERTISING IMPACT
Advertisements in the event program let our attendees know who supports their community. You will find very loyal customers and expand your customer base by advertising in our program book.
Feedback from past events has revealed that our attendees take the programs home and reference them all year long when deciding what business to patronize.
Our guests passionately support their charities, and have significant disposable income. They are wonderful loyal customers with the following demographics:
- 65% have double the median household
income of Springfield - 95% prefer to shop with businesses or brands supporting LGBT+ communities
- 76% of attendees make purchasing decisions with their Black Tie programs through the year.
- 70% own their own home
- 60% dine out more than 4 times per week
- 40% fly more than 4 times per year for work / leisure
TERMS OF CONTRACT
- Sponsor/Advertiser is committing to payment upon signing this contract
- Ad Creation is the responsibility of the sponsor/advertiser – ALL ADS WILL PRINT BLACK & WHITE
- Build Art to proper size – See Above. Accepted File formats – PDF (Prefered), JPEG, TIFF or PNG
- Send Ads to SBT.Program@gmail.com include “Advertisers Name” in the subject line
- Ads and Sponsorships must be prepaid by October 1, 2024
- All ADS DUE BY OCTOBER 11TH, 2024 (if ad is received AFTER this date, inclusion CAN NOT BE guaranteed)
