Click here to submit your live or silent auction donation(s) and provide your item details along with donor information. Each item is reviewed by the Springfield Black Tie Auction Team, who will confirm acceptance and coordinate pickup or drop-off of item(s).

Individuals, organizations, or businesses that contribute a single auction item valued at $2,500 or more.

Individuals, organizations, or businesses that contribute a single auction item valued between $1,000 and $2,4999.

THE SILENT AUCTION
The Silent Auction is composed of donations from fabulous local businesses, individuals, and some national companies.
We receive a variety of items. Gift cards, wine & spirits, artwork, furniture, jewelry, gift baskets, services, and more!
We truly appreciate every single donation. If you would like to offer something for our Silent Auction, please email [email protected]. One of our committee members will be happy to pick up items from you.
SIGNATURE DONORS
If you donate any single item valued at $2,500 or more, you will be classified as a Signature Donor. Along with our gratitude, you will receive:
- • Recognition on printed materials and website
- • One full page ad in the event program
- • Special mention by our emcee
ALLY DONORS
If you donate any single item valued between $1,000 to $2,499, you will be classified as an Ally Donor. Along with our gratitude, you will receive:

- • One Half-Page Ad in the event program
